Technical Lead 

Responsibilities:

• Manage technical team, acting as a subject matter expert on Vikar's suite of technology solutions.
• Gather and translate client requirements into clear, actionable technical tasks for our offshore
  development team based in Europe.
• Support project delivery, ensuring projects meet client expectations and timelines.
• Provide technical support and address client inquiries.
• Champion effective communication across Vikar's internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a technical role, preferably within the financial industry.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
• Expertise in backend development technologies, including Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, RESTful APIs, and SOAP APIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Initiative and a "go-getter" mentality.
• Must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone (US).
